Return and Refund Policy

We strive to provide you with the best products, but if you receive a damaged product, our return & refund policy applies:

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products.

  • Customers must share a 360-degree parcel opening video at the time of unboxing as proof for claims.

  • Without this video, return/refund requests will not be accepted.

  • Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery by emailing  with your order details and video proof.

  • Once approved, we will initiate a replacement or refund within 7-10 working days.

  • Customized orders are not eligible for return or refund.
