Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products.
Customers must share a 360-degree parcel opening video at the time of unboxing as proof for claims.
Without this video, return/refund requests will not be accepted.
Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery by emailing with your order details and video proof.
Once approved, we will initiate a replacement or refund within 7-10 working days.
Customized orders are not eligible for return or refund.
